A curious bent of mind, an enduring interest in human psychology during my growing years took me on a deeper journey for 13 years as I pursued a career in the field of Sexual Medicine & Psychiatry. I am glad that I have been a part endless list of client’s lives and have helped them in overcoming their sexual issues, relationship differences arising out of sexual incompatibility, lack of physical intimacy, shortcomings in expectations, desires and personality traits, apart from dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem, phobias and obsessions.
” Apart from helping my patients help find answers to sexual and relationship issues, helping research for the larger good of the Society gets priority and hence I have served in the capacity of Manager, Medical Safety Advisor at Quintiles (a clinical research organization) in the field of Pharmacovigilance, where along with my team of 22 physicians, we strive hard to identify, evaluate various side effect profiles of the drugs and take necessary actions when needed and thus making it safe for the patients who take the medications and also for the doctors who prescribe them.
I continue to be part of the clinical trials of new molecules in the field of Psychiatry, which always brings new hope for a better life.
Today, I am still curious, a supreme fan of insights and delve deeper into the science of human behavior and conditioning that impact and affect sexual wellness of individuals and couple, and this has helped me immensely to evolve as a specialist to understand different aspects of human psychology related to sexual and relationship complexity. As a Medical Director and Co-Founder at PassionFruit, I put this deep knowledge and expertise to the best use and help those who reach out. A typical day at work entails interacting with patients, understanding them as people first and then working with them to help overcome their sexual and relationship problems.
I enjoy music and never fail to appreciate a beautifully written song, a talented artist experimenting in Tech-house, Rap and Hip-hop, Alternative rock, Psychill and lounge music are almost always on my playlist. I am always fascinated by the works of great masters of art such as Van Gogh, Salvador Dali, and Pablo Picasso.
I love to travel and explore places and local cuisine and take the off beaten path of any country that I visit to get the feel of the place and culture.”
